PROTOCOL
1. Magnesium +Lysine Take 2 capsules at night. Start on Day 1 with the liquid diet.
2. Vitamina D3 +MK4 Take 1 capsule at midday. Start on Day 1 with the liquid diet.
3. Zinc +MAX Take 1 teaspoon of tea (5cc) at any time during the day for 1 month. Rest for 1 month before continuing for another month.
4. Oregano Oil Take up to 21 drops in 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a glass of juice daily for 3 weeks.
Repeat the cycle after a 2-week break.
On Day 1 take only 1 drop and increase the dose by 1 drop per day until reaching the full dose.
If discomfort appears when increasing the dose (healing crisis), suspend it for one day and resume the previous dose.
Don’t take oregano oil if 1 drop causes discomfort (headache, diarrhea, etc.).
It is ideal to take up to 10 drops under your tongue (sublingual) and the rest in juice or olive oil. However, not everyone tolerates taking it sublingually, as It’s quite difficult. Try 1 drop on the first day, leave it under your tongue without swallowing for 10 seconds and rinse immediately afterwards with a tablespoon of olive oil or edible coconut oil and swallow. Don’t take the drops under your tongue if you find it impossible to tolerate.
5. Enzymes Take 1 capsule on an empty stomach in the morning with a glass of juice or water, and another mid-afternoon.
Don’t eat any solid food for 1 hour.
If you’re taking levothyroxine sodium, take enzymes at least 1 hora later.
6. Eliminate dairy products from your diet.
7. CARROT JUICE
Eliminate dairy products, grains, cereals and seeds, and 3 days later take a liter and a quarter of carrot juice daily from an extractor. You can take it during the morning or throughout the day.
Don’t take it if you have uncontrolled diabetes.
Keep on taking it for 14 days.
Stop taking the juice if discomfort appears (healing crisis).
