1. Suspend all calcium supplements, even with a diagnosis of osteopenia and osteoporosis (except for those who have had thyroid, parathyroid or bariatric surgery).

2. If you have osteoarthritis, this protocol is sufficient.

3. If you have chondromalacia, bursitis and/or tendinitis, you should rest.

4. If you suffer from diabetic neuropathy, you must correct your glycemia.

5. If you suffer from discarthrosis, you must correct your posture and observe postural hygiene.

6. If you suffer from trigeminal neuralgia, you should have a Dental Cone Bean Scan (95% of the time the problem is a root canal/endodontic treatment or infection where a tooth was extracted).

7. If you were diagnosed with pudendal neuralgia, make a differential diagnosis with interstitial cystitis by your urologist.

1. Magnesium +Lysine

Take 2 capsules at night.

2. Vitamin D3 +MK4

Take 1 capsule at noon.

3. Boron + Silica

Take 1 capsule in the morning and at noon, preferably with juice or food.

4. Enzymes

Take 1 capsule on an empty stomach in the morning with a glass of water or juice. Don’t eat anything solid for 1 hour. If you take levothyroxine sodium, take enzymes at least 1 hour later.

5. Ormux

Take 1 measure (included with the bottle) mid-morning and mid-afternoon with a glass of water or juice. Start 2 days after the rest of the supplements.

6. MSM

Take 1/2 measure (included with the bottle) mid-morning and mid-afternoon with a glass of water or juice.

You can take it together with Ormux.

Increase to 1 full measure from the 3rd day. Start MSM 2 days after starting Ormux.
