1. 5×5🥕

Do the 5X5 1 TIME A MONTH for the rest of your life (CARROT JUICES). It will prevent the “Diseases of Age”.

Drink 40 ounces of carrot juice a day (liter and a quarter) for 5 continuous days. Eliminate dairy products, grains (beans, rice, lentils), cereals (wheat, oats) and seeds (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, peanuts) 3 days before starting.

You can eat animal protein, eggs, tubers (potato, cassava, cassava), plantain, fruits, avocado and vegetables in general.

Do not drink the juices if you have uncontrolled diabetes or are pregnant or are receiving treatment with 10 or more mg of Prednisone or have triglycerides above 300 mg (severe hypertriglycyridemia) or kidney failure.

Do the 1×21 3 times a year.

3. TRACHEA Take 6 capsules per day.

Take 2 capsules on the 1st day, increase to 4 capsules on the 2nd day and 6 capsules from the 3rd day onwards.

You can take it at any time of the day.

Suspend for 2 days if discomfort appears (healing crisis) and resume 1 capsule per day for 1 week and increase at a rate of 1 capsule per week until reaching 6 capsules per day.

Take at least 4 jars.

4. BONE Take 6 capsules per day.

3. I DID THE 5X5 AND MY SKIN TURNED YELLOW. I MUST DO SOMETHING?

It is normal and ideal for the skin to turn yellow with 5X120 and for some with 5X21 and 5×14. If it occurs before with 5X5, rule out hypothyroidism.

4. WHAT IS THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN 5X5 AND THE THYROID HORMONE?

It is the hormone responsible for converting Beta-carotene into Vitamin A.

5. IS IT DANGEROUS IF I TURN YELLOW?

No. If it bothers you, stop the juices, you will return to normal in 1 or 4 weeks.
