The first goal is to control your blood pressure.

The second objective is not to require your toxic medicines.

If you are hypertensive, there are one of two possibilities:

Either you have a fat belly or you don’t.

Either you are hypertensive with metabolic syndrome or you are hypertensive without metabolic syndrome.

It has to be one of two.

Choose the appropriate food (see below).

To start the protocol, keep taking your medicines to control your blood pressure and have a blood pressure monitor at home.

If your blood pressure begins to normalize or drop with this protocol, contact your cardiologist or attending physician to suspend or adjust your medication.

1. Magnesium +Lysine

Take 2 capsules at night.

2. Vitamin C +Active B

Take 2 capsules in the morning.

3. Zinc +Max

Take once a day according to the directions on the bottle label for two weeks every two weeks.

4. Inntra

Take 2 capsules afternoon or evening.

Don’t take Inntra with statins (cholesterol lowering pills).

Don’t take Inntra with anticoagulants.

If you take aspirin you can still take Inntra.

5. Charcoal +AloeFerox: take 2 capsules in the afternoon with a glass of cucumber or celery juice.

To make the juice use an extractor (juicer).

Discontinue if diarrhea occurs.

Take at least 3 hours before or after taking your medicines.

Charcoal +AloeFerox may turn your stools black or green. This is quite normal.

6. Selenium +Active T3: take 2 capsules month on month with lunch.

Start one week after the rest of the supplements.

Suspend if discomfort, headache or dizziness appears (healing crisis) and perform a blood test for heavy metals (consider mercury toxicity).

7. Food for 1 month

With a fat belly: Ketogenic diet (unless you suffer from kidney failure):

Eliminate tubers, plantains, grains, cereals, flour and all fruits (except lemon).

You can eat animal protein, eggs, avocado, leaves, broccoli, cauliflower, coconut meat (not coconut water) and half a cup of almonds or walnuts.

No belly: Vegan diet:

Eliminate animal protein, eggs, dairy, white rice and wheat. You can eat lentils, beans, potatoes, plantains, almonds, nuts, avocado, coconut, fruit and vegetables. Ideally make the 5×14 carrot juices (see Section 5X5).

8. Correct hormonal alterations
