Carry out the following studies and repeat them3 months after the Protocol. If you can’t, continue to follow the Protocol.

1. Carotid Doppler ultrasound or carotid intima-media thickness ultrasound (CIMT).

2. Coronary CT scan or coronary artery calcium CT scan (CACS).

3. Blood tests: homocysteine, lipoprotein (a) or Lp(a), fibrinogen, TMAU, HbA1C, triglycerides, total cholesterol, LDL and HDL.


1. Magnesium +Lysine

Take 2 capsules at night.

2. VIT C

Take 2 teaspoons (included in the bottle) 3 times per day.

3. B COMP +CoQ10

Take 2 capsules in the morning. Start with 1 capsule and increase to 2 from Day 3.

Start 2 days after your first magnesium.

4. Inntra

Take 2 capsules in the afternoon.

Start 2 days after your first B COMP +CoQ10.

If you’re taking blood thinners, don’t take Inntra.

5. Enzymes +Serra

Take 1 capsule on an empty stomach in the morning and 1 in the afternoon with a glass of water or juice. Don’t eat any solid food for 1 hour.

6. Zinc + Max

Take 1 measure at any time of the day.

7. Ormux

Take 1 measure at any time of the day.

If you’re taking statins, don’t take Ormux.

If you’re taking anti-coagulants, don’t take Ormux.

8. Oregano Oil

Take 1 to 3 drops diluted in a glass of juice or tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil high in polyphenols daily for 2 weeks. Rest for 2 weeks before continuing the cycle.

9. Vitamin C

Take 25 grams intravenously once a week for 1 month and then every 2 weeks for a period of 3 months.

10. Vegan Diet

Eliminate animal protein, eggs, dairy products, wheat, corn oils, canola and fried foods in general for 3 months.

You can eat fish once every two weeks.

You can consume edible organic coconut oil and/or extra virgin olive oil high in polyphenols.

Take carrot juice 5X14 (for indications and contraindications see section 5X5).

Don’t drink carrot juice if you can’t or don’t like it.

Repeat carrot juice for 2 weeks, then rest the following 2 weeks, before continuing for a period of 3 months.

This is Andrés.

He’s a healthy, 48-year-old man.

Andrés is a successful businessman who never has time for anything.

One day he loses his temper, his vision blurs, and in seconds he feels a blow to his chest.
