PROTOCOL

1. INOSITOL + MYO Take 4 capsules daily at any time.

2. MAGNESIUM + Lysine M6 Take 2 capsules at night.

3. VELTRYX Take 1 capsule before 10 AM, and starting from the third day, another one before 3 PM.

If insomnia occurs, scale back to a single capsule per day before 10 AM.

Start Veltryx one week after INOSITOL + MYO and MAGNESIUM + Lysine M6. Do not start them at the same time.

Do not take VELTRYX if you are sensitive to caffeine.

Do not take VELTRYX with Yohimbine.

Do not take VELTRYX if you take psychotropic medications.

NOTE:

If you have never evaluated your thyroid and/or are experiencing hair loss, request the following blood tests: TSH, Anti-TPO Antibodies, Iron, and Prolactin.

If you have acne, take DIINDOLYL + DIM (See “Acne” in the Protocols section). Start DIINDOLYL + DIM one week after VELTRYX. Discontinue Accutane (Roaccutane). If you take birth control pills, do not take DIINDOLYL + DIM.

These supplements are compatible with Metformin.
