PROTOCOL

1. Magnesium +Lysine Take 2 capsules at night.

2. Vitamin D +MK4 Take 1 capsule in the morning.

3. Veltryx Take 1 capsule between 10 am and 3 pm with a glass of water. Start 3 days after taking Magnesium.

4. SELENIUM +Active T3 Take 2 capsules with lunch.

Start one week after taking Magnesium.

Discontinue selenium if headache develops. If this occurs, do a mercury (blood) test. Selenium is ideal for clearing mercury, but those with elevated levels may experience healing crises in the process.

5. If you are insulin resistant or have metabolic syndrome, follow a Ketogenic diet. Two weeks later you’ll be able to do the EXTREME 5X5, but not before. See 5X5 in the menu on this website.

6. If you’re taking 1000mg of metformin morning and night and are obese, start taking both at 9pm. Don’t take metformin during the day. Take the 2000 mg after 9 pm. Make sure it is not the extended release variety. Use the normal type.

7. Request TSH, anti-TPO antibodies, cortisol am and, if you are a woman or have lost your sexual appetite, prolactin along with your routine blood tests.

If you take metformin and suffer from fatigue, ensure that your TSH is below 2 mg/dl.

This is because metformin modifies the true TSH result by approximately 2 points downwards, giving the false impression of a normal result.
Thus, a TSH of 3 could actually be a 5 and escape the correct treatment.

If you take levothyroxine and this is your case, increase your daily dose by 25%.

Suspend it if there is rapid heartbeat, insomnia, cramps or irritability.

If you take metformin, add vitamin C +active B12 2 capsules in the morning. Metformin causes vitamin B12 deficiency.

8. If you are Insulin-resistant or have been diagnosed with PCOs, hypothyroidism or hyperprolactinemia and also want to know more about fatty liver or getting pregnant, read the book Your Endocrine in 1 Minute.
