PROTOCOL

1. VIT C Take 6 teaspoons per day (the teaspoon is included in the bottle) in juice or water, distributed throughout the day in three doses of 2 teaspoons (6 grams in total per day) or as suggested by your treating doctor.

Discontinue if diarrhea appears and lower the dose. Start with 1 teaspoon and increase daily.

2. DIM Take 1 capsule once a day at any time. Take for 2 weeks every 2 weeks (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off). Discontinue if nausea or headache occurs.

DIM can prevent excess BAD estrogen because it is a natural aromatase inhibitor.

DIM can help the body prevent breast and prostate cancer by regulating estrogen dominance.

DIM may cause a headache or slight nausea during the first week in those with high estrogen dominance. This is normal as the body eliminates excess “bad” estrogen.

To avoid these possible side effects, it is recommended to start slowly (open the capsule and take only half of its contents during the first 4 days).

DIM is ideal together with Ormux. It is recommended to start Ormux a week before DIM. It will help you avoid side effects.

If you take Tamoxifen or Anastrazole, do not take DIM.

3. FENUGREEK Take 1 capsule 2 times a day.

NOTE: Start with Vit C. 5 days later, add FENUGREEK, and 10 days after that, add DIM. Conversely, if you are in perimenopause, start DIM first and add FENUGREEK 10 days later.
