5. Get rid of chronic infections in the mouth and intestine.

6. Rule out or correct hypothyroidism.

7. Eliminate wrongly indicated medicines.

8. Preserve pancreatic reserve.

9. Decrease glycemic excursion.

NOTE: DO NOT FOLLOW THIS PROTOCOL IF YOU HAVE CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE

PROTOCOL

1. MAGNESIUM +Lysine Take 2 capsules at night continuously.

2. VIT C Take up to 6 teaspoons per day (the teaspoon is included inside the jar) in juice or water, divided throughout the day into three doses of 2 teaspoons (6 grams of Vitamin C in total per day) or as suggested by your treating physician.

Discontinue if diarrhea occurs and lower the dose. Start with 1 teaspoon and gradually increase daily.

Take on alternating weeks. That is, one week on, one week off. Cut the dose in half (1 teaspoon 3 times a day) starting from the third week of taking it.

Start one week after you have been taking Magnesium.

Do not take if you have kidney failure or a history of kidney stones.

3. VITAMIN D3 +MK4 Take 1 capsule in the morning.

4. ORMUX Take 1 scoop at 4 PM and 8 PM in a glass of water. The scoop is included inside the jar.

5. R LIPOIC ACID Take 1 to 2 capsules a day on alternating months (1 month on, 1 month off).

6. Request TSH, Lipoprotein (a), and Homocysteine along with your routine blood tests.

If you take Metformin and experience fatigue, ensure TSH is under 2 mg/dL. This is because Metformin modifies the true TSH result by approximately 2 points downward, giving the false impression of a normal result. That is, a TSH of 3 could actually be 5 and escape proper treatment.

If you have obesity and take Metformin twice a day, move both doses to the evening (2,000 mg of standard-release Metformin after 9 PM).

Metformin causes vitamin B12 deficiency. If you take it, you may already have a deficiency and elevated Homocysteine, a risk factor for heart attack. Vitamin C + Active B12 will correct the issue.

If you have gingivitis or periodontitis, take Oregano Oil as indicated in the Oregano Oil section found in the STORE section, use dental floss, and practice oil pulling. Remember, bleeding gums mean bad bacteria that raise blood sugar.

7. Read the book “Stop Diabetes in 14 Days”.

This will help you identify the changes you need to make to your diet and medication depending on whether or not you have belly fat, obesity, or weight loss, whether you are close to diagnosis or years into it, with or without insulin.

8. Read the section “Before starting the supplements“.

9. Read each supplement in the STORE section.

10. Congratulations!!! SANAAHORA!!!
