PROTOCOL

1. Monthly liquid diet.

Don’t eat anything solid for 5 days. Take only edible organic coconut oil, green cabbage and carrot juices. Repeat monthly.
EDIBLE ORGANIC COCONUT OIL

Take a tablespoon of edible organic coconut oil 5 times a day for 1 month continuously. Alternate with 1 month off until 6 months of oil intake.

GREEN CABBAGE JUICE

For juice, use an extractor (juicer), not a blender.

Take one 8-ounce glass 3 times a day, in the early morning on an empty stomach, thereafter mid-morning and mid-afternoon.

Add the drops of oregano oil to the cabbage juice as indicated below.

Follow this routine for 21 days, then rest for 14 days before continuing with the mixture.

CARROT JUICE

Take a liter and a quarter daily DURING THE 5 DAYS OF LIQUID DIET. Don’t take them outside of the monthly liquid diet.

You can take the carrot juice in the morning or spread it throughout the day.

Do not take it if you have uncontrolled diabetes (read 5X5).

If you can’t tolerate the liquid diet, you can add black-skinned bananas or skip this step and go straight to the next point.

2. Add solid foods and eat only in a 5-hour window before 7 pm.

From Day 6 you can add the following foods:

Animal protein, eggs, avocado, walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, pistachios, cocoa and vegetables. You can start to eat fruits and tubers only from the second month but avoid eating eggs or animal protein on the days you decide to eat them.

If you are constipated, opt for the vegan diet.

If you’re on a vegan diet, add up to one cup of root vegetables or plantains per day; otherwise, only fruits, vegetables, and seeds.

EAT ONLY WITHIN A 5-HOUR WINDOW AND BEFORE 7 PM.

Eat BETWEEN 11 am and 4 pm or between 2 pm and 7 pm, for example.

Move your window at your convenience. For the rest of the day you can only drink coconut oil and/or water and/or cabbage juice.

Don’t drink fruit juice, except lemon juice with or without Stevia.

You can have black coffee with or without coconut oil.

For 4 months don’t eat dairy products, grains, or cereals.

3. NAC Take 2 capsules in the morning and afternoon. Start with only 1 capsule on the first day. 2 capsules on the second day. 3 capsules on the third day. And starting on the fourth day, take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. Stop and go back if discomfort occurs.

4. INTESTINES Take 6 capsules daily.

Start with 1 capsule on the first day and increase daily until you reach the desired dose.

Stop and go back if discomfort occurs.

5. Black Seed Oil Ideally, take it 3 or more hours after taking Oregano Oil. Start 1 week later, not at the same time.

Take 1 teaspoon in the morning for the first 3 days. Start with 1/2 teaspoon on the first day.

Take 1 teaspoon twice a day for the next 3 days.

Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day from the 7th day onwards.

Discontinue if discomfort occurs for 3 days and return to the lower dose. Do not increase.

Take 3 teaspoons daily every 2 weeks for 4 weeks (discontinue for 2 weeks every 4 weeks).

6. BRAIN Take up to 6 capsules per day.

Take 1/2 capsule on the first day, increase to 1 on the second, and to 2 capsules from the second week onward.

Start 1 week after COLOSTRUM (you can take it at the same time or at a different time of day).

You can take it at any time of day.

Discontinue for 2 days if discomfort occurs (healing crisis) and resume 1/4 capsule per day the first week, increasing by 1 capsule per week until reaching 6 capsules per day.

7. Magnesium + Lysine M6 Take 2 capsules at night. Start on the first day with a liquid diet. Continue continuously.

8. Vitamin D3 + MK4 Take 1 capsule at noon. Start on the first day with a liquid diet. Continue daily for 2 months, then continue continuously on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays only.

9. Oregano Oil Take 3 drops 3 times a day in 1 glass of cabbage juice for 3 consecutive weeks. Repeat the cycle 2 weeks later and then every 2 months until you have completed 6 cycles.

Start on the first day with a liquid diet.

On the first day, take only 1 drop and increase by 1 drop per day until the dose is reached.

If discomfort occurs (healing crisis) when increasing the dose, stop for one day and resume the previous dose.

Do not take Oregano Oil if 1 drop causes discomfort (headache, diarrhea, etc.).

10. Ormux Take 1 scoop (included in the bottle) mid-morning and mid-afternoon with a glass of water or juice.

Start 2 days after the rest of the supplements.

Continue for 6 months. Take a 1-week break from each bottle.

11. Enzymes + Serra Take 1 capsule mid-morning and another mid-afternoon with a glass of water or juice.

Start 2 days after starting Bradax.

Do not eat anything solid for 1 hour.

12. Selenium + MaxT3 Take 2 capsules at midday. Start 2 days after Enzymes.

Discontinue if headache or heartburn develops.

13. Zinc +Max Take daily at noon and every other month (one month on, another month off) according to the label directions for up to 6 months of zinc intake.

14. B COMP +CoQ10 Take in the morning and daily continuously for 6 months according to the label directions.
