PROTOCOL

1. NAC Take 2 capsules in the morning and afternoon. Start with only 1 capsule on the first day. 2 capsules on the second day. 3. And starting on the fourth day, 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the afternoon.

2. LUNG Take 6 capsules daily. Start with 1 capsule on the first day and increase by one capsule every two days until you reach your dose. You can take it at any time of day, with or without food. You can take all the capsules at the same time or spread them out throughout the day. You can open the capsules and sprinkle their contents over food.

3. COLOSTRUM Take 6 capsules daily. Start with 1 capsule on the first day and increase by one capsule every two days until you reach your dose. You can take it at any time of day, with or without food. All at the same time or spread them out throughout the day. Start one week after LUNG.

4. ZINC +MAX Take one serving morning and night for 3 weeks. Stop for 3 weeks and resume for 3 weeks. Continue until you complete 4 cycles.

5. ENZYMES +SERRA Take 1 capsule twice a day without food. This can be taken upon waking or mid-afternoon. The idea is not to eat for at least 3 hours before and up to one hour afterward.

6. OREGANO OIL Take 1 to 3 drops 3 times a day diluted in juice or a tablespoon of coconut or olive oil. Start the first day with just 1 drop. Increase by 1 drop daily until you achieve the desired dose. Stop and/or back off if discomfort occurs. Take for 3 consecutive weeks. Stop for 3 weeks and resume for 3 weeks. Continue until you complete 4 cycles.

7. BLACK SEED OIL Take 1 teaspoon twice a day after a juice or meal. Take during the 3-week break from Oregano Oil until you complete 4 cycles.

8. MAGNESIUM + Lysine Take 2 capsules at night. Continue indefinitely.

9. VITAMIN D3 + MK4 Take 1 capsule daily before noon. Starting in the second month, take only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

10. ORMUX Take 1 serving at any time of day. Continue for 4 months. Stop for a week after finishing a bottle and restart.

11. ELIMINATE dairy, grains, cereals, and seeds. You can eat vegetables, potatoes, yucca, plantains, cassava, sweet potatoes, fruits, eggs, and animal protein.

If you work with chemicals, cleaning products, paints, pigeons, blacksmithing, or goldsmithing, stop doing so.
