TO BE CURED YOU MUST
1. Eliminate alcohol, vinegar, coffee, soda, spicy foods, citrus fruits, fats, and NSAIDs (painkillers such as ibuprofen, ketoprofen, and aspirin).
2. If you take steroids and/or bisphosphonates, talk to your doctor about reducing or replacing your medication.
3. Avoid the production of gastric acid that occurs with meals.
To heal the ulcer, you must give it a break from gastric acid. Otherwise, the ulcer will not heal. To do this, continue taking the gastric protector prescribed by your doctor (Lansoprazole, Esomeprazole, Omeprazole, etc.) one hour before breakfast and dinner. One hour before, not after! Or you will have missed the opportunity to prevent the acid release that occurs with meals.
PROTOCOL
1. 1X21 Cabbage Juice
Drink 8 ounces of green or purple cabbage juice per juicer on an empty stomach in the morning for 21 consecutive days.
2. Oregano Oil
If your ulcer was caused by taking painkillers, alcohol, or any irritant, DO NOT TAKE OREGANO OIL. Do the 1X21 without the Oregano Oil.
If your ulcer was caused by Helicobacter Pylori, add Oregano Oil to the cabbage juice starting in the second week at a rate of 1 drop on day 1, 2 drops on day 2, 3 drops on day 3, and so on until day 14 with 14 drops. Discontinue if discomfort occurs.
3. 5×21 Carrot Juice
Drink one 8-ounce glass of carrot juice using a juicer every hour in the morning until you complete 5 glasses daily for 21 consecutive days (e.g., 1st glass at 8 am, 2nd glass at 9 am, 3rd glass at 10 am, 4th glass at 11 am, and 5th glass at 12 pm).
Do not drink carrot juice if you have uncontrolled diabetes or chronic kidney failure. Read contraindications in 5×5.
4. Food
Eat bananas throughout the day; this promotes the production of gastric mucus, which protects the ulcer from stomach acid.
Take 1 teaspoon of raw honey 3 times a day, which also stimulates the production of gastric mucus.
Drink aloe vera juice.
Drink papaya juice.
Eat baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, and cassava, and if you want animal protein, lean meats.
Avoid fats and fiber, as these delay gastric emptying.
5. TRACHEA
Take 1 capsule with 1 glass of water 3 times a day starting in the third week of treatment. Start with 1 on the first day. Stop if discomfort occurs.
TRACHEA shortens healing time by increasing the speed of ulcer healing.
