Observe the following protocol which shares the same supplements for prostate cancer, prostatic hyperplasia and prostatitis.

You should follow it for 4 months.

Don’t start all the supplements on the same day. Add 1 per day, or as indicated in each case.

If discomfort appears while taking any supplement (Herxheimer), discontinue it.

1. Magnesium + Lysine

Take 2 capsules at night. Start on Day 1.

2. Vitamin D3 +MK4

3. Oregano Oil

Take 1 to 5 drops in a glass of juice in the morning for 2 weeks, followed by 2 weeks’ rest before continuing the treatment. (1)(2)(3)(4)(5)

4. DIINDOLYL +DIM

Take this on the same days as the oregano oil, but at different times, for 2 weeks, then take 2 weeks’ rest before continuing with the cycle.

If headache or nausea (detox reaction) appear, discontinue DIM and resume with half the dose a week later.

Take these capsules during the 2 weeks that you DON’T TAKE DIM.

6. Inntra

Don’t take Inntra with statins (cholesterol-lowering pills).

If you take aspirin you can take Inntra.

8. Black Seed Oil Ideally, take it 3 or more hours after taking Oregano Oil. Start 1 week later, not at the same time.

Take 1 teaspoon after lunch for the first 3 days. Start with 1/2 teaspoon on the first day.

Take 1 teaspoon after lunch and another after dinner, starting on the 4th day.

Discontinue if discomfort occurs for 3 days and resume the lower dose. Do not increase.

Take for 2 weeks every 2 weeks (2 weeks on and 2 weeks off).

9. NAC +SE Take 1 capsule twice a day at any time. Start with only 1 capsule for the first 3 days.
